Welcome to Pallet Liquidation UK. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of liquidation pallets and other products from us.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us before purchasing.
1. About Us

Our available stock may include, but is not limited to:
- Electronics
- Cosmetics and beauty products

- Other liquidation and wholesale stock
Important: Please insert your company’s full legal name, registered address, company registration number and VAT number here before publishing these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“We”, “us” or “our” means Pallet Liquidation UK and the legal entity operating the website.
“You” or “your” means the person or business using our website or purchasing products from us.
“Customer” means any person or business placing an order with us.
“Products” means liquidation pallets, merchandise and other goods advertised or sold through our website.
“Business Customer” means a customer purchasing products wholly or mainly for business, trade, resale or professional purposes.
“Consumer” means an individual purchasing products mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3. About Our Liquidation Stock
Liquidation stock is different from standard retail stock and may vary in product type, quantity, condition, packaging and presentation.
Product descriptions, photographs and stock information are provided to help customers understand the products being offered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular product listing:
- Product quantities may vary between pallets.
- Product ranges may vary according to available inventory.
- Packaging may show signs of handling, storage or previous retail distribution.
- Products may be supplied in mixed quantities or assortments.
- Images may be representative and may not show every individual item included in a pallet.
- Availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Where a product listing specifies particular quantities, conditions, brands or other characteristics, those details will form part of the product description.
We do not guarantee that a pallet will generate a particular resale value, revenue, profit or margin. Any estimates or examples regarding resale opportunities are provided for general information only.
4. Product Condition
The condition of liquidation stock will be stated in the relevant product description where applicable.
Depending on the pallet, stock may include:
- New products
- Excess retail stock
- Clearance stock
- Customer returns
- Shelf-pull stock
- Open-box products
- Other liquidation merchandise
Customers should carefully review the condition description before ordering.
Where specific information about product condition is provided in a listing, that information will apply to the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights that apply to consumers.
5. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours, packaging, product presentation and other visual characteristics may vary depending on the product and display device.
Where a pallet contains assorted or mixed merchandise, the exact contents may differ from photographs used to illustrate the category.
If a specific brand, model, quantity or product characteristic is essential to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.
6. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are stated in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise specified.
Where applicable, VAT and other applicable charges will be identified before you complete your purchase.
Delivery and other additional charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed where required.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical or listing errors before accepting an order.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance of the order, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
- The requested stock is unavailable.
- There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
- We are unable to verify payment.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
- There has been a material error in the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund of amounts paid for the cancelled order, subject to applicable law.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods made available during checkout or otherwise agreed with us.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may require payment to be cleared before products are dispatched.
If payment is declined, reversed or otherwise not successfully completed, we may delay or cancel the order.
9. Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Pallet size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Courier or freight availability
- Stock preparation
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
Any delivery date or timeframe provided should be treated as an estimate unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date.
Where you purchase as a consumer online, applicable legal delivery requirements continue to apply. GOV.UK guidance states that goods should generally be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive palletised goods.
10. Delivery Access
Because pallets can be large and heavy, customers should ensure that the delivery address has suitable access for pallet delivery.
You should inform us before ordering if there are access restrictions such as:
- Narrow roads
- Restricted delivery areas
- Limited vehicle access
- Steep entrances
- Steps
- Restricted loading areas
- Other circumstances that could prevent normal pallet delivery
Additional delivery charges may apply where special arrangements are requested or required, provided those charges are communicated and agreed where required.
11. Inspecting Your Delivery
Customers should inspect their delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
If you believe goods have been damaged during transportation or there is another problem with your order, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the pallet and affected products
- Photographs of packaging or visible delivery damage where applicable
Prompt notification helps us investigate delivery and stock issues efficiently.
Nothing in this section removes or restricts any legal rights you may have.
12. Returns and Cancellation – Consumers
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online or through another qualifying distance-selling method, you may have statutory cancellation rights.
For many online consumer purchases, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period beginning after receipt of the goods. There are statutory exceptions to cancellation rights for certain types of goods and circumstances.
Where cancellation rights apply, you must notify us clearly that you wish to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
After notifying us, goods generally need to be returned within the applicable statutory timeframe.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the law permits this and we have informed the customer of that responsibility.
Where a lawful cancellation is exercised, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We want every order to arrive as described.
If products are faulty, damaged, materially different from their description or you have received the wrong products, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and relevant photographs or other information that may help us investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.
Consumer goods must comply with applicable statutory requirements, including relevant requirements concerning description, satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose. These rights cannot simply be excluded through website terms.
14. Business Customers
If you purchase products wholly or mainly for your business, trade or professional activities, you may be treated as a Business Customer.
Business Customers should carefully inspect product descriptions, condition information, pallet specifications and any additional information provided before purchasing.
Any terms specifically agreed with a Business Customer in writing will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Resale of Products
Our products may be purchased for resale where permitted.
However, customers are responsible for ensuring that their own resale activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, marketplace requirements, product safety requirements, intellectual property requirements and any other obligations relevant to their business.
We do not guarantee that products will be accepted for sale by a particular marketplace, including Amazon, eBay or any other third-party platform.
Customers are responsible for checking the requirements of the marketplace or sales channel they intend to use.
16. Product Safety and Compliance
Customers purchasing products for resale are responsible for complying with applicable requirements governing the onward sale, advertising, storage and use of those products.
Where specific product documentation, safety information, instructions or certifications are relevant to a particular product, customers should review the information supplied with the product or contact us before resale.
If you require specific compliance documentation before purchasing, please contact us before placing your order.
17. Availability
Our liquidation inventory changes regularly.
Products shown on the website may sell out quickly, and we cannot guarantee that a particular pallet or product category will remain available.
We may update, remove or replace product listings as stock changes.
Where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed but before acceptance, we will contact you where appropriate and provide an appropriate resolution.
18. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Interfere with website security or functionality.
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
- Use automated systems to collect website content without our permission.
- Use the website in a way that could damage our business or other users.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
19. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, layout and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to us.
You may view and use website content for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
20. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or platforms.
These links are provided for convenience only.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or terms.
You should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy policies before using their services.
21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable liability relating to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For Business Customers, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated profits or loss of opportunity arising from an order.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove any statutory rights applicable to consumers.
22. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruption
- Strikes
- Government action
- Supply-chain disruption
- Fire
- Flood
- Power or telecommunications failures
- Serious technical failures
- Other events outside our reasonable control
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with you and minimise the impact.
23. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
24. Complaints
We want to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.
If you have a complaint regarding an order, product or service, please contact us with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Contact details
- Details of the issue
- Supporting photographs or documentation where relevant
We will review your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the relevant update date.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the contract is formed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed with you.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the relevant product description, order confirmation and any other terms expressly agreed between us, form the agreement relating to your purchase.
If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement relating to an order, the specific written agreement will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
